Notice From The Dispensary.

Our new computer system goes live on Tuesday 27th February 2024. In the weeks leading up to the roll out and for the first few weeks following go-live we will need your support to help with a smooth transition.

Repeat Prescriptions

If you request a repeat medication between 22nd January to 16th February 2024 you will be given sufficient to cover 8 weeks.

If you find that you will require any additional medication after 19th February 2024 we would be grateful if you could try and order this in the previous week commencing 12th February 2024.

Patience

We will be slower to dispense 8 weeks of medication and therefore ask for an extra day to process your request for this period.

We will also be slower to navigate our way around the new system and therefore once we go live on the 27th February 2024 your patience would be very much appreciated whilst we are still learning.
