The telephone lines for both surgeries are open Monday to Friday between 08:00-18:30. Please note our telephone lines are closed between 12:30 and 13:30.

Extended Access

The Colte Partnership now offers an extended hours service. Extended Access times are Monday-Friday – 18.30-20.00, Saturday – 09.00-17.00.

Held at Rowhedge Medical Practice, Tiptree Medical Centre, Colne Medical Centre, Riverside Health Centre, Ambrose Avenue Group Practice (Tollgate branch) and Walton Medical Centre.

Please speak to a receptionist who can give you further details on the clinics available and is able to book you an appointment if required.

Out of Hours Service

When We Are Closed

During the hours of 18:30 – 08:00 on weekdays, all weekend and bank holidays, emergency cover is provided by the 111 Service. Please ring 111 and note that when you receive treatment from this service, a clinical report will be sent to the surgery to update your medical record and ensure that any necessary follow-up action can be arranged.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
