In collaboration with Training2care and Essex County Council, we are holding a pilot manual handling course for carers of those who support someone with a dementia diagnosis.

• Do you need to know how best to support a loved one to move around safely?
• Lifting checklist – do you know how to assess a situation so neither party is at risk of injury?
• Would you like to learn about safe moving and assisting techniques while promoting dignity?
