We are changing the way we run our Open Access clinics to patients as of the 5th June 2023. We will now ensure anyone arriving between 08:00 and 10:00 that need to be seen will be given an appointment with a GP or Nurse Practitioner on the day.

We hope this will reduce the queue at 08:00 by eliminating our numbering system and offering appointments to all during this period. Our Reception team will continue to triage on the day and offer the appropriate service for your needs and requirements.

Patients will now be required to attend Open Access for all minor illnesses, general medical issues and follow up appointments. We hope this will offer patients more options when wanting to attend Open Access and limit the number of people that are unsuccessful in being given an appointment.
