Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.
You can also find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS website.
Once you have confirmed that you are registered as a patient, you will need to book a New Patient Health Check with one of our healthcare assistants as soon as possible. If you are on regular medication, you will also need to book a Medication Review shortly after. Our reception team will be happy to help with booking these appointments.
Registering with the surgery

The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.
